One of the greatest joys I get from Brunch Boys is the ability to travel all over the country and experience different foods and cuisines! This past weekend I was lucky enough to travel to San Antonio to take part in the Culinaria Wine and Food Festival!
Unlike other Food and Wine festivals I have been to, all the events took place in one location, the La Cantera Resort and Hotel, which I also stayed. Just a short drive outside the city, the hotel is pretty breathtaking and I spent day one just exploring the grounds on a run and then enjoying their amazing pools! The festivities began with their Back to Bubbles event Friday night, followed by Tacos and Talk (and tasting), the Grand Tasting, and ending with the Burgers, BBQ, and Beer event! SO MUCH FOOD!
San Antonio really is a hidden gem of a food city, and I also checked out the following places while there:
