At long last the 2nd avenue subway is finally open, and to celebrate this moment that has been in the making for a century, 5 Napkin Burger has launched a special Q Train Burger that is available all month long! The burger is served on a pretzel bun and topped with pastrami, braised sauerkraut, gruyere cheese, knockwurst spices and mustard! We went into the kitchen to see how they make it.
