Another week, and another roundup of some incredible new restaurants and dishes in NYC! Here are the best ones that I found!
Bagizza
Bagizza is NYC’s first pizza bagel shop that just opened in midtown! Not only are they serving bagels with a little influence of NYC and Montreal style, but what they are dubbing “bagizza” which is a bagel dough made into a pizza! They def have an interesting array of items! For the bagizza’s they have shrimp toast with lemon, curry mayo and chives, and a caponata with garlic bechamel, eggplant, tomato, artichoke capers, honey, and chili. And for the bagels: bagon kimchi jam, caramelized onions and bacon cream cheese, garlic bechamel, and strawberry butter spread, just to name a few.

Peter Luger Steakhouse
Peter Luger is launching two brand new items, and they don’t launch alot, so this is a big deal! First up they have teamed with Threes Brewing to launch the Luger Lager, a Bavarian lager that will be available at the Brooklyn and Great Neck Peter Luger locations, and at Threes Brewing. And to go alongside that, they have a brand new lunch only housemade brat that is made with pork shoulder, USDA prime dry- aged trimmings, poached in that Luger Lager, finished in that broiler, and comes served with a homemade mustard and vinegar dressed cabbage.

Deux Luxe
Deux Luxe is a new to-go wagyu burger restaurant opening in Soho! They have a number of different burgers on the menu, the classic has cheddar and garlic aioli, the Big Deux has two wagyu patties with special sauce, and they will be offering limited edition specials like a butter chicken burger, and kimchi burger.

Industry Kitchen
Industry Kitchen is launching their “artisanal-crafted personal flatbreads”! You will find flavors like caviar & dreams, and a truffle cacio e pepe.

Banidts Burger & Dive
Bandits is becoming Bandits Burger & Dive which not only will continue to be an amazing cocktail bar, but also now a “throwback” burger joint. They will have two burgers on the menu, one thick, one double smash, plus a fish sandwich with a smoked trout roe tartare, onion rings, and a lemon pepper chicken sandwich. The Bandits Tavern Burger is an 8oz patty made with dry aged wagyu beef, b-1 sauce, white cheddar, and shaved red onion. The double smash burger is a brisket blend with special sauce, american cheese, shaved onions, and dill pickles on a potato bun. The kitchen will be open Sun-Thurs until midnight, and Fri and Sat will be 2am!
