Dream NYC Collab! Katz's x Thai Diner and More at The Great Nosh Picnic

On June 22 The Great Nosh is throwing a giant picnic on Governor’s Island with some amazing collabs between some of the best chefs and restaurants in NYC all celebrating “friendships in the culinary community.” FULL INFO HERE

I got a special preview of the collab dish between two of my absolute favorite restaurants in NYC, Katz’s and Thai Diner! They are making a reuben roti which is a marbled rye roti stuffed with corned beef, bamboo kraut, gruyere, and their phuket island sauce. That come with pickles and a pickle and mango slaw.

Other collabs include Elbow Bread x Sunn’s with their banchan stuffed bialy, Carline Schiff x Junior’s with a cheesecake black and white cookie sandwich with a cherry jam swirl, Hani’s x Breads Bakery with a malted cinnamon babka, and even more!
