My Favorite Miami Restaurant Opens in NYC! + Allergen Free Bakery from Fish Cheeks, and more! On Deck 9/4

So much NYC Restaurant news this week! Here are the highlights of what you need to be eating!
Motek Cafe
One of my favorite Miami restaurants is coming to NYC! Motek is bringing their Mediterranean kosher style food to flatiron this September! I have loved everything I’ve had, but do not skip their arayes! Plus other things likes their in house laffa, hummus, schnitzel, and so much more!

Bub’s Bakery
From the team behind Fish Cheeks and Bangkok Supper Club, comes Bub’s Bakery, an allergen free pastry shop opening in September! Think items like cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, biscuits, all without dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, nuts!

Rosa Mexicano
The legendary Rosa Mexicano is moving into the Empire Hotel, officially opening Rosa Mexicano Lincoln Center! All of your favs are of course there, great drinks, and the table side guac that everyone loves.

Prime No.7
Prime No. 7 is the new Korean BBQ and Sushi spot opening in Astoria this month! This is a giant 130 seat restaurant that will have an All You Can Eat BBQ menu featuring marinated chicken, beef bulgogi, spicy lamb, butter garlic scallops, or prime short rib, plus an all you can eat sushi menu! On top of that, every weekend there will be a live DJ.

The Argyle
The Argyle is a new cocktail lounge opening under Markette in Chelesea! They will feature Caribbean inspired drinks, sandwiches, and more, think their Cease and Desist that comes with mezcal, chocolate, green charteuse, and black mint, or their jerk short rib sandwich which has a red cabbage jalapeno slaw on a house made coco bread!
Piccoloa Cucina Enoteca
Piccola Cucina Enoteca just opened, and it has a menu of Italian and Spanish inspired small plates, plus a 4,000 bottle wine cellar! Some of the standouts include arancino with bronte pistachio and squid ink, homemade salmons sausage, and picana skewers with spiced eggplant mousse!

Mama Mezze
Mama Mezza just launched brunch, and breakfast will be coming soon! All from the team behind La Pecora Bianca and Chef Einat Admony, some of the standouts will be a spicy shakshuka, challah french toast, and a Mediterranean omelette with feta!
