NEW Wagamama Spring Menu! Hottest Katsu Ever?!

I went in for a little peek at the new Wagamama spring menu “Wagamama Your Way” where you can mix and match 1 side, 1 main, and 1 drink for $35 per person! Wagamama is of course started in England, but you can find their giant menu of Japanese comfort food all over NYC now too. Watch below to see me taste test their hottest katsu curry ever, and some other goodies, but here is everything else you can enjoy too!
LIGHT + FRESH
Edamame- are steamed with a chili garlic sauce
Chicken Gyoza- come in a set of 5
Nama Spicy Tuna is a giant bowl with white rice and greens topped with light seared and marinated tuna, edamame, tomatoes, pickled cucumbers and radish, a spicy mayo, and miso dressing.

Chicken Ramen- Grilled chicken with seasonal greens, menma, scallions, in a chicken broth with dashi and miso, and a half tea stained egg on top.
Matcha Mule- Citrus yuzu, ginger, SOTO Junmai sake, and matcha.
Asian Mint Lemonade- Calamansi juice with fresh lime, simple syrup, and mint leaves.
SPICY + BOLD
Bang Bang Cauliflower- Crispy cauliflower with firecracker sauce, red onions, scallions, fresh ginger, and cilantro.
Chili Calamari- Fried Squid with shichimi spice, and a chili and cilantro dipping sauce.
Firecracker Curry- You pick either chicken or tofu with their bold and firey curry, snow peas, bell peppers, onions, and white rice.
Hot Katsu- Panko breaded chicken or veggies come with a spicy curry sauce, white rice, and a side salad. You can pick either mild, hot, or FIRE!

Thai Chili Margarita- Ghost tequila is mixed with chili liqueur, coconut syrup, fresh lime juice, Japanese chili, lime bitter, and a cayenne and cinnamon salt rim.
Up-Beet- a juice with beets, red bell pepper, cucumber, ginger, and apple
UMAMI + DEEP
Mixed Mushroom + Panko Eggplant Bao

Korean Fried Chicken Bao
Chicken Gyoza Ramen- Chicken gyoza in chicken stock with noodles, shichimi, bok choy, chili, scallions, and a sambal sauce.
Ginger Chicken Udon- Udon noodles with ginger chicken, snow peas, egg, chilies, bean sprouts, red onion, and cilantro.
Smoke + Pear- Smoky lapsang souchong tea infused with rum, pear syrup, fresh lime juice, and angostura bitters.
Jasmine Flowering Tea- Flowering lily with jasmine green tea.
