Al-Andalus

Al-Andalus is the new Andalusian tapas bar which just opened in Alphabet City! The menu is a reimagining of tapas through the Arab-Andulsian lens. Think a harissa spiced Spanish tortilla, Egyptian falafel, pan con tomate with harissa butter, and a baladi bread layered with za’atar, labneh, and emmer flour.
