So much NYC Restaurant news this week! Here are the highlights of what you need to be eating!
Turbo Pizza
Turbo Pizza is bringing Detroit style za with a dive bar feel to Bushwick from a former chef of Roberta’s! You can order a small, medium, or large of cheese, pepperoni, vodka, burrata and soppressata, onion and chive, Hawaiian, and supreme with buffalo sauce, chicken, celery, blue cheese, and onions!

Smor Bakery & Test Kitchen
Smor, the Scandinavian inspired cafe and bakery that has two locations in Manhattan are opening up their third, and first test kitchen in East Williamsburg! Think pastries, breads, cakes, and a breakfast burrito I need to try!

Inday
Inday is launching their version of Chicken and Rice which will feature charred tandoor style chicken, a housemade turmeric rice, cucumber & tomato salad, and their owl creamy white and spicy red sauces! Plus proceeds from every dish sold during August will be donated to the Street Vendor Project, a non profit that supports the NYC street vendor community.

Al-Andalus
Al-Andalus is the new Andalusian tapas bar which just opened in Alphabet City! The menu is a reimagining of tapas through the Arab-Andulsian lens. Think a harissa spiced Spanish tortilla, Egyptian falafel, pan con tomate with harissa butter, and a baladi bread layered with za’atar, labneh, and emmer flour.

Selune
Selune is the new natural wine and oyster bar which just recently opening in Bed Stuy! Obviously a focus on natural wine and a rotating selection of fresh oysters, but they also have a really fun cocktail menu, and other foods like their smoked oyster dip, and truffle croque monsieur with ham, aged comte, and a truffle sauce!

La Dong
La Dong has launched their “Liquor Luck” a new cocktail program which aims to “put Vietnamese mixology on the map in NYC,” with 7 new drinks! If cocktails arent you think its also the only restaurant in NYC brewing Bia Hoi which is a Vietnam unfiltered fresh draft beer!

Cafe O'te
Cafe O’te just opened inside 50 Norman in Greenpoint, becoming the first wagyu hamburg cafe in NYC!
