OPS Pizza is Collabing with NYC's Best Restaurants + NEW High End Korean Tasting Menu & More On Deck 10/24

So much NYC Restaurant news this week! Here are the highlights of what you need to be eating this October!
HWARO
One of my favorite restaurants groups with spots like Mari, and Gui Steakhouse, has a brand new high end Korean tasting menu restaurant, HWARO. It is a 13 course tasting menu for $295 that celebrates not only Korea, but other East Asian Influences. On the menu you can find fish, foe gras with duck pastrami, a mushroom pie with truffles, and A5 wagyu.

Nuyores
Nuyores is the new Peruvian restaurant in the West Village that wants to celebrate “South American flavor with NYC soul.” Standouts on the menu include ceviche, adobo lamb ribs, and a crispy huancaina cacio e pepe.

KEI
KEI is part Japanese izakaya, part ramen shop, part speakeasy in Chelsea, and they have a newly launched winter menu! You can find wagyu ramen with American wagyu striploin, tantan ramen made with chicken, a smokey wagyu garlic rice bowl, grilled ribeye, and a grilled ikayaki, squid.

Selune
Selune in Bed-Stuy is expanding next door and opening their brand new all day cafe with French inspired bites, pastries, and lattes. Standouts on the menu include a matcha cha made with red berries and pistachio milk, salmon quiche, truffle croque monsieur made with challah, and a cookie croissant!

Ops’ East Village location is launching a a new collab series with some of the best restaurants! Heres a rundown of the pizzas
Rosella Oct 22-24- xo sauce with tomato, ricotta, clams and breadcrumbs
Yellow Rose Oct 28-30- Housemade chorizo oaxaca cheese, cotija cheese, and jalapeno
Win Son Bakery Nov 4-6- Braised pork, basil, cilantro, chili, 5 spice bechamel, and a calzone with shrimp vermicelli, chives, havarti, and firewood soy paste
Ha’s Dac Biet Nov11-13- Mozz, lobster, Chinese sausage, scallion oil, maggi black pepper, and chilis
Ho Foods Nov18-20- Cabbage, fried prawns, fried shallots, white pepper, and mozz
Carnitas Ramirez Dec 2-4- Tavern style pie with mozz, carnitas, pickled onions, and pineapple.
